With all of our programs, our goal is to empower our athletes with the knowledge, motivation, accountability, and discipline to take control of their own health and fitness while providing a fun, non-competitive atmosphere. The emphasis will be for our athletes to enhance their performance while participating at their own pace and injury prevention focusing on correct form and technique.
The K-2nd grade program provides a fun, non- competitive environment for children to use the fundamental movement skills they learn through games and activities to get/stay active while gaining confidence.
The 3rd-5th grade program is geared towards improving self-esteem, building a foundation of body weight strength training, and motor skill development such as balance, coordination, speed & agility, and movement patterns that are paramount in maximizing future athletic potential.
The 6th-8th grade athletic development program develops and enhances athletic performance and overall fitness. The program is designed to improve muscular strength & endurance, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, power, speed training, change of direction, agility, coordination, balance, reaction time, and explosive movements, which enhances overall athleticism. The emphasis will be our athletes participating at their own pace, with the focus on correct form and technique.
The 9th-12th grade athletic development program emphasizes varied high intensity functional movements, enhancing athletic performance and overall fitness. The program is designed to improve muscular strength & endurance, conditioning, flexibility, power, speed training, agility, coordination, balance, reaction time, change of direction, and explosive movements, which enhances overall athleticism. The emphasis will be our athletes participating at their own pace, with the focus on correct form and technique.
Athletes will be tested on the following assessments on the first day and last day.
Grades 3-8

Grades 9-12
- 40 yard dash
- Vertec vertical jump test
- Standing broad jump
- 5-10-5 shuttle-run

Optional: Additional cost- $50 per test
Inbody 570 body scan- Athletes will receive a full-page result sheet printout that details muscle, fat, and water measurements and highlights specific areas to focus on.
